Building Question Prompts

You can create a flow of questions that needs to be added as part of your conversation flow by following below steps.

  1. Click on edit icon available on your Interactly video.
  2. Then you will be shown 3 options, By default Design will be choosen, click on Builder option to start.
  3. Simply choose the question type that you want to add from left side panel eg: single choice and drag onto the panel and customize the title, video, options on the right side panel.
  4. Simply connect any two question nodes in the panel based on the conditional logic say if they click on 'button1' the next question could be different and 'button2' can be different.
  5. Test Before Live:
    1. Once flow is ready, click on 'Test' button to test the flow with 'Landing page video' view.
  6. Go Live:
    1. Once everything looks fine during testing, to apply changes in live click on 'Go Live' button to apply changes. This helps in not to re-install the code on your website for any changes also, not to reflect changes immediate unless the new changes are tested and approved by your team if needed.
